Designed to create a flowing waterfall or tidal wave affect when tossed. Sewn onto a chiffon tie, the detachable train can be shifted around to the back, pull the fabric around to sit above the hips, or use it to mimic a full Extends approximately 2 yards behind your model for phenomenal drape.
