Any customer's who wish to "put away" money towards the purchase of Sew Trendy products.
What programs are offered?
We offer a weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly savings account draft.
What date will my payments draft?
On a Weekly account, the payment will draft the same day of the week that you signed up originally. You CAN Change the day of the week that it drafts your account.
On a bi-weekly account, the payment will draft every 2 weeks from the day that you sign up. You CAN change the day of the week that this drafts your account.
On a monthly account, the payment will draft the same day of the month that you sign up. You CAN Change the date that it drafts monthly.
How do I cancel my Sew Trendy Savings Auto Draft?
It’s Easy! Just email firstname.lastname@example.org 3 business days prior to your draft.
Can I switch the amount of my draft?
Yes. You can change the draft to any of the available draft listings. We must be notified 3 business days prior to your draft.
Can I skip a draft?
SURE! Just email us at email@example.com and we will take care of that for you. Please note that we need to be notified 3 business days prior to the draft date.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit cards. Paypal is not available for this program. Gift cards can not be applied to Sew Trendy Savings Accounts.
How can I use my savings account dollars?
When you add items to your cart and progress through checkout, there is a slider bar where you will have the ability to utilize trendy thread dollars. This is where you will be able to utilize your savings dollars.
My payment just went through, how long does it take for my "threads" balance to reflect the payment?
Your balance will update within 2 business days of your payment
Are there any returns/refunds on savings account dollars?
No. Savings account dollars are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Gift cards CAN be purchased with savings dollars through the Trendy Threads program.
