2023 Sew Trendy So you Trendsetter Contest

We have EXCITING news for our 2023 Sew Trendy So You WINTER Subscription Box Subscribers!! We will be selecting THREE lucky winners to be our Trendsetters for the 2022 Season.

What does that mean for you? If selected, You will receive your Sew Trendy So You Box and add-on FREE for the entire year, and have the exclusive opportunity to receive, show, and shoot the box first, each quarter.

Winners will be selected based on all requirements being met (view steps below) by the deadline, the creativity of their box openings, their social media efforts, and final gown image submissions. Keep Scrolling for more info!

STEP 1
The Sneak Peek

When you receive your box, post an image or video on social media (i.e. Instagram, Facebook, Tik-tok) of you being very excited about your new box, and tag #sewtrendysoyou, #sewtrendyaccessories, and @sewtrendyaccessories. Think of this as the "SNEAK PEEK* or Teaser. -->

STEP 2
The Box Opening

The more creative, the better. Make sure you are in a clean area, and that the camera is steady. Record your video in advance (NO live videos) so that you are easily able to edit and post it to several social media platforms

You MUST mention the following:

• Who you are and what you do

• Why you use Sew Trendy

• What the box is, and Why you love it! (i.e. quarterly subscription with a limited edition gown and coordinating accessories)

Make sure to show ALL items in the box clearly. If you have a mannequin, or on location model, it is a great time to show it on them, or even put it on yourself!

STEP 3
Submitting Images

Now it is time to shoot your box! Show us your best work, and submit images as required below + Behind the scenes video by February 20th, 2023. All images should be Web Resolution, and have your studio watermark.

IMAGE DETAILS

• 3-5 Gown Images in both landscape and portrait orientation

• 3-5 Box Detail Images - i.e. pictures of the box itself, close up of accessories, gown details, etc. Be creative

• Behind the scenes video on set with your model. Instruct the model to move through it (example - look down, then up at the camera, then off into the distance)

Deadlines & Winner Info

The Deadline for all photo, video, social media posts and submissions is February 20th, 2023

Submissions and videos will be reviewed by the Sew Trendy team for winner selection. We are looking for those who have followed all of the guidelines, and who's final images and box opening videos are in line with the STSY vision for next year. We will be selecting one boho style photographer, one fine art, photographer, and one other *wild card* as selected by our team.

Winners will be announced February 28th, 2023 via the the Sew Trendy So You Facebook Group, The Sew Trendy Photographer VIP Facebook Group, and via email blast. Any drafts processed for the Spring box on January 20th will be refunded via Sew Trendy gift card, and stopped for the remainder of the year.

Step 3. The Shoot

Now it is time to shoot your box! We are looking for a variety of styles -- fine art studio, boho outdoors, fine art outdoors, maternity, non-maternity, boudoir etc. Show us your best work, and submit 3-5 images AND behind the scenes video at the link below by February 20th, 2023.
